  TJ was great. He worked hard to communicate promptly and made sure to explain things well. He adjusted the estimate multiple times to accommodate our budget, unique needs and sometimes changing preferences and made sure we understood the different choices of materials and options. He was always very very nice, courteous and extremely professional.

  The roof install process was super quick. Took two days. No more leaky roof. The cost of the roof was reasonable compared to other quotes that I got from other companies. The only thing I would say is the communication on the project could have been a little better and keeping updated on things. Other than that, I highly recommend this company for your next roof replacement.

  Summary, excellent roofing company well worth the cost, with great connections to do masonry work. Our house had two small roof leaks that a different company blamed on the chimney, which they then replaced, badly. We also had poorly placed gutters that overflowed and needed to be fully rehung/replaced. The roof leaks were still there after the chimney replacement (plus our gas fireplace suddenly stopped working) so we got a second opinion from Living Hope and they recommended a roof replacement, also redoing our gutters, and coordinated with their masonry contact to check our chimney, which was confirmed needing to be fully redone a second time due to such a poor job by the previous company. The overall job was slightly delayed due to rain but we were impressed by the timeline, quality of work, and communication by all the employees. Now we have absolutely no roof leaks, gutters are no longer overflowing even in heavy rain, our chimney works perfectly (after an expensive clean due to the first company having horrible demolition practices), and I’m happy to recommend Living Hope to anyone needing a new roof or similar work done.

  TJ was professional and responsive from the initial contact to the final walk through. I asked many questions throughout the process and TJ was always willing to spend the time to make sure I was satisfied with his reply. His crew was timely, efficient, polite and knew their craft. They did an excellent cleanup after each day. TJ made a number of good recommendations for improving some existing issues with our roof and gutters. Overall I was very pleased with the results and value. Everything was on plan with no surprises. I strongly recommend Living Hope Roofing
