- KSKatheryn Smith5 days ago5.0We originally wanted to replace the carpet in the living room with vinyl, but we were told that the room had a severe slant in the flooring and they wouldn't be able to install the vinyl (the area was added on to the original house and probably had some settling issues). I always appreciate honesty and integrity when working with a business. If they had installed the vinyl, there would have been major issues with the flooring. We took their advice and will be replacing the carpet with fresh carpet! I'm excited for the color change and the upgrade in quality. Shellee has been a pleasure to work with! Great communication and easy to talk to.
- LDLauren DavisNov 15, 20251.0We moved into a house that had been lived in for 9 months before us. We noticed the tiles would rock in 2 of the bathrooms and the laundry room when walking on them. Once we figured out who the sub was for the house (we are second owners) we called and let them know that all the grout is coming up and the tiles are loose. This is less than 2 years after install. They sent out someone to look who agreed it would need to be totally ripped out and redone and that the supervisor would call. Never called. My husband had to call multiple times to get the answer that they could give us a quote on how much it would be to redo. No offer to make an embarrassing job correct. Why would I pay you to redo your horrible work that you did in the first place? If you are considering them for tile work keep looking for someone else. They don’t even stand behind their own work that they just completed.
