  For various reasons which had nothing to do with Paulson's I opted for another company for my project but I can say that the level of customer service I received as I started the process of getting quotes was outstanding! The timeliness and info and helpfulness I received trying to get flooring selected in a very short time frame was awesome. For my next house in OR, I will for sure be working with Paulson's again.

  I recently bought flooring and rubber base coving from Paulson’s in Tigard. I am a repeat customer of Paulson’s. Their customer service is impeccable. Keeler Haderlie is knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his insight and advice. I also like knowing that I am shopping local and at a family owned business.

  I am just starting the process of replacing all of the flooring in my home. I have been working with Kayla and could not be more pleased. I have met with her two times in the showroom and both times I have walked away with options for both the carpeting and hard flooring that I felt good about. Kayla's patience with all of my questions has been amazing. She listened to what was wanted and not wanted in the replacement flooring. She recommended products that could meet my needs, and that is what I needed. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She did not "hover" when I was deciding what I wanted but did not disappear either. Kayla spoke in terms that I could understand since I have no knowledge when it comes to flooring. We have also communicated via email and she is very prompt and detailed in her responses. Although I have not made my final decision, the experience so far has been wonderful. I cannot recommend Kayla enough!!!

  Paulsons truly feels like the community’s  store for flooring. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a neighbor, not a number. The selection is great, the service is knowledgeable, and the whole team clearly cares about doing right by their customers. A special shout-out to salesman John Stone—super helpful, easy to work with, and was rocking some great socks that honestly deserve their own review.

  I never thought I’d feel this strongly about carpet, yet here we are. From the moment I walked in, John Stone was the hero I didn’t know my floors needed. No pressure, no salesy nonsense—just solid advice, patience, and an impressive knowledge of all things soft and fluffy. He somehow made picking carpet feel exciting instead of overwhelming, which honestly deserves an award. The carpet itself? Luxurious. Cozy. So comfortable I briefly considered canceling furniture plans and just lying on the floor. It looks amazing and feels even better. If you’re in the market for carpet and want the experience to be smooth, painless, and maybe even fun, ask for John Stone. Five stars, two thumbs up, and one very happy set of feet.
