  Mann I shoulda read the reviews first. I usually do and always regret when I don't.. Like others it started out ok. But when your lied to and given information on a gotta ask and it don't count unless you get it in written basis. You think things are ok when they are not. It sucks!! Was told materials could be delivered to residence or store with no shipping fee. But then got a call that it's another$250 to deliver. They never said this in the beginning, said it was included when shipped to the house. But they didn't ship it to the house even though the shipping address is the residence address. This was said 2 days before install date. Then when trying to pay for the installation I was told to pay the other guy. I was treated like a little kid, in a way as in "go as your mom, go ask your dad" and never getting a useful answer. So now I got a tore up house, materials, and no installer and a company that isn't responsible for anything, including bad behavior from bad employees. And yes the bad reviews on the rude and shady staff is all truthful and accurate. Buyer Beware and read the reviews first!!! EDIT: A few hours later from posting this review I got a call from the the store employee who wanted to argue over my review and told me my review was not truthful. This is truthful and if you don't like your negative feedback then you the store employee needs to change something in the way you do business. I am not the only one who feels this way. Your reviews are full of dissatisfied customers and that is the truth!!!

  Lumber Liquidators of Tigard, Oregon is fantastic! Not only did they provide me with the precise wood floor product that I sought, but they also offered it for an excellent price. Additionally, their customer service (shout out to Trenton),...was beyond awesome! Thanks LL of Tigard! --I highly recommend them to anyone interested in obtaining high quality flooring product(s),...as well as equally high quality customer service!

  I have been shopping at this store since 2018 and completed eight flooring projects with them and always had positive experiences. However, my most recent transaction was so problematic that I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm currently dealing with two major issues. First, I'm still waiting for a refund. I initially ordered flooring for an entire home, but then opted for porcelain tiles in the bathrooms. Two weeks ago, when I picked up the reduced order, I was informed of a 25% restocking fee, which I accepted. Despite this, I never received the refund. I've called twice and visited the store four days ago to return an additional nine leftover boxes, reminding them about the outstanding refund each time. This morning, I called again, and as of now, I still haven't received the promised email regarding my refund. In the past refunds at this store were processed immediately they received the item but this is no longer the case. My second major issue concerns an order placed over a month ago that still hasn't been delivered. When I placed the order, I was told there would be a two-week lead time as the items were shipping from Virginia. Two weeks later, I received only the floor tiles, not the bullnose and transitions. My mistake was accepting the partial delivery and installing the tiles. Last Thursday, a month after placing my order, I called and was told the store couldn't provide an ETA and would simply "let me know when they received my order." Today, I called again, only to be told there was "nothing new" and that I needed to "keep waiting" until they called me. This delay has left my rental unit half-completed, I cannot rent the unit or schedule my contractor to finish the work without an ETA for the missing materials. I've already waited about five weeks and am being told to continue waiting indefinitely, even if it takes a year, without calling the store ( I just saw a previous reviewer say they waited 5 months and still did not get their transitions). I've never encountered a business unable to provide an ETA for an order. Service at this store has gone since the change in ownership. A particular employee is rude and unhelpful; even my contractor complained about his interaction with the employee when picking up tiles. I will be taking my business where I can get good service

  While looking at some flooring options we stumbled across Lumber Liquidators on the web and decided to visit the Tigard OR store. We explained our vague ideas and desires to Trenton (Store Manager) who helped us arrive at a more concrete description of our needs. He then found the exactly the right product (a laminate tile resembling marble) and made sure we got the very best price available. Win:win.

  Dont do it, the cheaper initial cost isn't worth the crap quality and finish. I bought hardwood here several years ago and the finish is degrading everywhere.
