  Mann I shoulda read the reviews first. I usually do and always regret when I don't.. Like others it started out ok. But when your lied to and given information on a gotta ask and it don't count unless you get it in written basis. You think things are ok when they are not. It sucks!! Was told materials could be delivered to residence or store with no shipping fee. But then got a call that it's another$250 to deliver. They never said this in the beginning, said it was included when shipped to the house. But they didn't ship it to the house even though the shipping address is the residence address. This was said 2 days before install date. Then when trying to pay for the installation I was told to pay the other guy. I was treated like a little kid, in a way as in "go as your mom, go ask your dad" and never getting a useful answer. So now I got a tore up house, materials, and no installer and a company that isn't responsible for anything, including bad behavior from bad employees. And yes the bad reviews on the rude and shady staff is all truthful and accurate. Buyer Beware and read the reviews first!!! EDIT: A few hours later from posting this review I got a call from the the store employee who wanted to argue over my review and told me my review was not truthful. This is truthful and if you don't like your negative feedback then you the store employee needs to change something in the way you do business. I am not the only one who feels this way. Your reviews are full of dissatisfied customers and that is the truth!!!

  Lumber Liquidators of Tigard, Oregon is fantastic! Not only did they provide me with the precise wood floor product that I sought, but they also offered it for an excellent price. Additionally, their customer service (shout out to Trenton),...was beyond awesome! Thanks LL of Tigard! --I highly recommend them to anyone interested in obtaining high quality flooring product(s),...as well as equally high quality customer service!

  We wanted our floors done and these were the first people we called for a quote. The person coming out said they would arrive after 9:00 in the morning on 2/19. Around 10:30, he still hadn't shown up. I called to see if I could get an ETA and he'd forgotten about our appt.. He did arrive about 30 minutes later, with a handful of samples and a recommendation to go the store to see what they had. He did take measurements and said he would email a quote. We didn't receive it that day, but he was to return the next day, with more samples and a quote. We were told he'd be over early to mid afternoon. Around 2:00 pm, I sent him a text asking him if he had an idea of when he might be by. He never replied, never showed, never sent a quote. It is now 3/2 and we still have not heard from him. No, I did not bother trying to contact him again. If we aren't important enough to receive good customer service, they aren't important enough to receive our business.

  RUN AWAY.......FAST!!!! I should have listened to my gut on this one. I would have much rather paid more $ than go through what I had to. First, they overcharged me because they charged my credit card BEFORE they did the measuring (something which their corporate office said isn't policy). Then when the measure was done and we ended up needing less material they would not issue the credit because it would mess up their inventory. I finally had to call the corporate office to sort it all out (which they were very very helpful). Now fast forward to install day. What a joke. The most disorganized mess. They charged us a dump fee but said we didn't pay to have the old flooring removed? Huh? The guy who measured talked to us about removing it. So once again, the people at this store location do not know what they are doing. Also, missing all the floor vents so now we have to wait for back order for those (by the way, this order was done back in October, so someone once again missed the boat there). We got our carpet at Home Depot. Bought and installed without any problems at all. And they did a great job. Sure wish I would have done the wood flooring through them as well, would have saved me all the stress and frustration. I cannot recommend this place at all, even if you are saving money. The only reason they have one star is because it won't let me choose no stars.
