    Was given a clear service window, got a text when they were on there way along with a link to track their progress. Rico quickly assessed the issue and fixed the issue and then reset the system for better efficiency

Impressed with the office staff for their friendly and responsive help when we first contacted the business.     We originally engaged Bull Mountain to inatall a new electric heat pump and AC unit to replace our 25+ year old furnace. They did a fantastic job coordinating trades and getting the system installed with minimal disruption to the house. Recently we called them back to troubleshoot an issue where very thick ice was forming on the exterior condenser unit. Brock, the technician, found the issue and implemented the repairs quickly and efficiently. I find Bull Mountain to be reliable and professional.

    Great service once again from Bill Mtn. Patrick arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. He gave us a candid update on our system and clearly explained his recommendations. Will continue to call on Bull Mtn. for HVAC needs.

    Excellent HVAC system installation. Over and beyond expectations. The crew even tried to patch up the trim around the access point although we were told that it’s not what they normally do and it’s not their area of expertise. So far so good. It’s only the first day.
