    From the initial estimate to installation, Bull Mountain was wonderful to work with in installing our new furnace. Brian answered all of our questions and guided us to the best replacement choice for our 30 year old furnace. Christian, the technician was professional and polite in the installation, also leaving the work area very clean. Competitive pricing, professional and knowledgeable, plus personable, I would recommend this local family owned business for your HVAC needs.

    Bull Mountain was a great company to work with in the installation of my furnace and a/c system. Communication was very good. They returned my calls and texts quickly. Cristian was the technician that did the installation. He was polite and patiently answered my questions. Cristian was tremendously helpful in showing me how to work the new thermostat. When the job was completed, he made sure the furnace area was cleaned up.

    Communication was horrible. Didn’t send a message that they were coming until 20 plus minutes after appointment window. Showed up 45 minutes after the appointment window when I was already gone .Took off work to be then the service wasn’t done because they were so late. I get that things run behind but would have been professional to communicate that. Never returned my calls that day or since then.
