They were at my home same day and earlier than expected, the diagnosis was spot on, we had an honest conversation about options and replacements moving forward, and were able to schedule an install same day for just a few days out.   Matt visited this morning to check out the HVAC system in the home we recently purchased and to discuss potential upgrades. He was very personable and knowledgeable, being able to clearly explain how our system is working and what we could do to address some of the minor issues we’re concerned about. We signed up for a service contract because his visit made us feel confident that Bull Mountain Heating and Cooling would do a good job of properly maintaining our HVAC system.

  Ed and John did a great job! They replaced a 50 gallon hot water heater that was located in a tight space. They completed the install with no problem. They worked well together, cleaned up after the installation, and their customer service was above and beyond! Thank you!
