  The folks at Speedy Septic in the Dalles were very helpful and efficient! They were available to come out only a couple days after I called, and they got records from the county about the location of my septic drain paths so I could know where to avoid digging. The person who came out to the house spent a lot of time explaining how the tank and the drain field works, how a serial system works, how often you need to replace it and why, and he helped me weigh the benefits and downsides of relocating the system. He also gave me helpful recommendations about how to take care of our septic system to make sure it lasts as long as possible. I was also relieved they didn’t have to drive the big truck onto the lawn like they used to because they have a gigantic generator on the truck with a long vacuum attachment. Bonus! Thank you, Speedy Septic team!

  Richard’s crew showed up on time and did a great job, they were very efficient and very transparent about what needed to be done and any extra cost that might be incurred if they needed to dig deep to expose the septic tank hatch. Richard also answered all of my husband’s detailed questions very completely. Overall, an excellent experience with this crew thank you speedy septic.

  I needed my septic tank pumped. I went through Angi and they gave me Speedy Septic number. I called them and they came out within 2 hrs and did a great job of pumping my tank and then covered the holes up. I would highly recommend them.

  I’m glad I chose speedy septic. The technicians were helpful and knowledgeable and the service was reasonably priced.
