I had to call this person each time I sent him an email to follow up because I would email as requested and not have a response. The part was never ordered AND when I called to insist on being transferred to The Dalles store, the customer service person said they weren't answering. I let the customer service person know that I was just going to use Home Depot, she didn't seem to care either. I try to support local for sure and have purchased from The Dalles store in the past but this was a frustrating and time wasting FAIL on Ferguson's part. Google won't let me leave 0 stars.
