  Amazing service from Abbas Well! Our well pump was cavitating, and when I called them at 8:00 AM, I honestly wasn’t expecting same-day resolution. They proved me wrong in the best way possible. By 12:30 PM, they had already pulled the well pump, replaced it, and installed a new pressure tank — all in the same morning. Fast, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. This is what top-tier service looks like. If you have any well or pump issues, Abbas Well is the company to call. Highly recommend!

  Terrible experience with Abbas. It’s sad not to be able to support this family owned local company. I had an appointment with Abbas employee Junior for Noon to discuss pump installation. I confirmed the appointment time the day of. I drove three hours one way to make the appointment. At 1 PM no Junior. I called the office and spoke with Tonya who said he would be there soon. He finally showed up 5 hours late at 5 PM. Junior came up with a great solution for me and said he would send a bid. The bid arrived and the DAB pump he recommended - the bid price showed $1999. These pumps are widely available for $1295. Abbas wanted to mark the pump up 45% or over $700! I called and asked them if they would lower the price of the pump. Their response was to “ decline my job” and cut off communication. A 45% markup on parts is not acceptable. To “decline my job” because I asked about the markup is not good business. To be 5 hours late for an appointment is unprofessional. Therefore I would not recommend Abbas. They claim they want to provide “ top notch service and fair rates.” They provide neither of those. Beware.

  In my experience they were not upfront or transparent about costs for a repair I had them perform. The repair was only required because they failed to explain certain options on their initial install just a year prior. I will be seeking alternative company quotes for and future repairs or work and suggest that you do also. They eventually made it right after several months and numerous phone calls explaining what the issue was. I did not enjoy having this hanging over my head that entire time.
