  Had one job done by these guys. Showed up on time, gave a good price. I called twice trying to pay over the phone before I was told that they only take cash or check, not even debit over the phone. Mailed a check the next day. Fast forward two weeks and I get a call from ‘Joe’ acting like some sort of TV mob collections guy. Calling me a deadbeat, threatening to go to my clients’ home for non payment. I did my best to calmly teach him how to check the mail. More threats, name calling, accusations. I was flabbergasted. I pay all of my subs day of, never had an issue like this. Eventually hung up on him. An hour later I received a voicemail from the nice, but apparently unorganized front office lady apologizing and stating that my check had been on her desk, and no need to bring another one by. It’s a shame because they’re the big local insulation co, and they did good work, but we don’t work with cheesy, childish wannabe thugs. Unbelievable.
