- AFAaron FullerDec 12, 20251.0Long time contractor and have had accounts with Builders for 20yrs and before they were bought out by Builders. Love them and happy with them until I hit Tangent. Only one in the area, but I will travel to McMinnville or Portland before I go back. The customer service is rude and terrible, they don’t listen, talk about customers to each other while you are waiting, don’t acknowledge you when you come in, give you the worst product they have unless you go back and personally select the material yourself. I bought a full house of 2x4s and 2x6s and over half were broken and unusable. Bought deck railing many were missing parts and hardware- absolutely not BFS’s typical!
