Wanted a certain blind, made it clear bottom to top I guess they call it "Upgrade" yet failed to tell us. Installer 3 hours late, installs the blinds that are not what to wanted only to be told if I wanted what I wanted it would tack another 700$ to my order. I WAS Livid still am. They fought me tooth and nail until I came up with a mediocre solution that they jumped on. I will tell anyone who wants to consider them DO NOT do it !! they care nothing about customer service, only about being "right". Where was undercover Boss when I needed him...
