  We had no water and all their techs were scheduled so rhe owner himself came out on a Saturday and got us water the same day. I have used MVP for 27 years now exclusively and I can't recommend them enough. When I needed my pump replaced about 20 years ago, they even recommended another contractor to come out and help build a road to my pump. They continually exceed my expectations. Thank you MVP!

  Everyone at McKenzie Valley Pump was great to work with. We had an issue with our pump that needed two separate visits, about 5 weeks apart. They came out quickly to get my water back running and were really patient with me and my lack of knowledge about the whole set up. They were friendly and helpful and even gave us a little discount since they had to come out twice for the same issue. It did take quite a while to finally be billed, but they explained up front that they were running behind on sending out invoices.

  These folks did what they said they would do, and did it in a timely manner. They were quick to respond and were knowledge and helpful regarding our system.
