  Working in property management, you always want vendors you can rely on. PG Long is one of those vendors/companies! Fast response time, great quality, and friendly staff. Thankful to have them as a company we utilize!!

  Seems to have a good reputation. Yet my boss recently hired this company to clean the carpets of a manufactured home. Afterwards I had to spend almost 2 and half hours cleaning the very carpets they cleaned. A picture of just part of one room and then a picture of how much I cleaned up in total. A refund should be in order for my boss who frequently uses this company.

  We had a old stained carpet in our house, thought the stains would never come put, hired them to come out , they did an amazing ! Our carpet looked brand new!!!

  We have used PG Long for cleaning and floor coverings for many years. They have always been professional and great to work with. We have always been extremely satisfied with their work. They have done after hour emergency water extractions and always been available. I cannot express my appreciation to PG Long for always doing the job, doing it on time, doing it correctly and having a great staff. You can't go wrong with this company!! Wish I could do more than 5 stars to be honest!!

  This company is absolutley amazing. Their customer service is out of this world. They will bend over backwards to help you out when you need it most. I use them at myour community and am always impressed with their customer service skills and Thier quality of work.
