  Everyone at McKenzie Valley Pump was great to work with. We had an issue with our pump that needed two separate visits, about 5 weeks apart. They came out quickly to get my water back running and were really patient with me and my lack of knowledge about the whole set up. They were friendly and helpful and even gave us a little discount since they had to come out twice for the same issue. It did take quite a while to finally be billed, but they explained up front that they were running behind on sending out invoices.

  Working with McKenzie Valley Pump, from the first contact, through the completed project was a great experience. They were responsive to my initial contact, and kept in touch throughout the stages of the project. Putting a hand pump on our well, along with replacing the main pump, and updating our aged system was a huge project. They came out promptly for a thorough site visit, to understand our needs, and came back with a detailed estimate in short order. They answered any questions we had quickly. The crew arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and did an impressive job, leaving no mess behind, either. We have found the company we want for our well service, and would recommend them to anybody we know needing responsive, competent and courteous service for their well issues.
