- AAAndrea AlricJul 29, 20255.0Everyone at McKenzie Valley Pump was great to work with. We had an issue with our pump that needed two separate visits, about 5 weeks apart. They came out quickly to get my water back running and were really patient with me and my lack of knowledge about the whole set up. They were friendly and helpful and even gave us a little discount since they had to come out twice for the same issue. It did take quite a while to finally be billed, but they explained up front that they were running behind on sending out invoices.
