They always know where to start and what to do. Excellent quality service. Have I become my grandparents? I understand the house call charge. These guys know what they’re doing. But over $400 just for the thermostat itself? Really?

We have been having Marshall's come out every year to inspect and if necessary our gas fireplace. We feel much more comfortable having the inspections done on our fireplace since they could be a potential hazard.
