  As a local remodel and repair plumber I work with a lot of contractors. Joe Davis and Davis Home Dynamics is of the best in town. Joe and his team are absolutely top shelf! I have personally witnessed their work elevate peoples dreams for their homes into a beautiful reality. Joe and his team are also very professional and friendly. They really are the best kind of humans. To anyone looking to remodel, add an extra bathroom, or just wanting to update their home or property, call Joe Davis. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

  Joe and his team have done two projects for us, a bathroom remodel and garage renovation, as well as a wide variety of fix-it projects around the house (fix a sticking door, install bathroom fans, remove a small tree that fell on the roof, painting, drywall). He and his crew always conducted themselves professionally, showing up on time and getting the work done without excessive delays. I appreciate that Joe is very conscientious. If he makes a mistake or things go sideways, he will let you know and make it right.

  I am very pleased with the bathroom remodel that Davis Home Dynamics did for me. Joe was able to incorporate my design ideas and the materials that I had pre-purchased into the finished job. He and his workers were very respective of my space, cleaning up every night, and not leaving a mess when the work was completed. Once he started the project, he was there every day until the job was done. He kept me apprised for the job status and the project moved along and met all of my expectations.

  Joe and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom. We discovered a major leak, and realized we had a lot of rot and mold underneath the walls and in the floor. Joe was able to get us promptly on his schedule, was clear in his communication with us, and very skilled with the labor required. This was our first remodel of any kind, and he walked us through everything, and was very clear about what to expect. He and his team worked with integrity and care, and the finished result was beautiful. We have a lot of other future house projects that need to be done, and are thrilled to have found someone we trust to do the job!

  We could not be more pleased with the improvements and renovations Joe and his crew have performed on our home for several years in a row. From a new bathroom, with an elaborate tile tub surround, to beautiful decking and stairs, and from a long privacy fence to a perfect pergola and stoop, and from repairing walls to installing a window and an exterior french door, and from buttressing the foundation to repairing drywall, and from replacing a soffit to hanging a hammock chair for my daughter, we've appreciated consistently high-quality work.
