Now three months after repair, caulking is failing and the project was never painted, whether primed or not. If you want a good dose of sarcasm, call Ryon, who has no idea what my experience in the construction business is but was happy to "school me." Visit their office sometime. Looks like an abandoned rental. Should have been a red flag.
