He was quick to respond a week ago when the garage opener broke, quick to assess the problem and put measure in place so I could open and close the door manually until the replacement part was received. Elliott was very friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the heating element replacement in 2-1/2 to 3 hours. He also didn’t mind me observing occasionally and asking questions. I would recommend Elliott for other plumbing repairs.

He came out to perform the comfort plus membership checkup and found a serious problem with my heat pump. Quintin went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue and figured it out. No other technician that I can recall showed the attention to detail that he did. I cannot say enough good about Quintin. He took away the worry of not having heat for thanksgiving. I’m have family flying in. Thanks to Quintin, I am no longer worried. Roth home should consider themselves extremely lucky to have such a solid tech working for them. Thank you Quintin!!

Roth let me know that Jake Bailey would be the one coming and they sent his picture as identification. Jake arrived promptly, was professional and friendly. He inspected my system and let me know my options. I felt confident in his skills and knowledge and opted for replacent/repair at this time. I'm hoping for a couple more years out of my system!
