  This work crew of Lupe, Waldo, and Rene did an OUTSTANDING job; this is hard work, these (3) dedicated hombres did an incredible job and we are so grateful to each of these men.   Fernando, Sergio, and Christian did a fantastic job, removing our vapor barrier in our crawlspace and reinstalling a new one. They also added a couple of sump pumps in the crawlspace. They were all very respectful of our home and very professional I was really concerned about my son’s room getting dirty as they were pulling materials out of the crawlspace into his bedroom. They did an excellent job protecting the space so nothing got dirty. Great work!

  Joel and Chris the electricians went above and beyond with their customer service and quick and thorough work. They were kind and compassionate and extraordinarily well experienced in their work. Their pricing was excellent for such quality and attentiveness.

  I rarely leave reviews, but homeowners should understand what they're walking into. The sales process was pushy, with legitimate concerns about scheduling and scope dismissed with "we've been doing this for 50 years." Every one of those concerns came true. The plumbing and window crews had constant scheduling issues, multiple no-shows, and poor coordination (but the waterproofing crew led by Luis was 10/10.). I spent weeks chasing updates and essentially project-managing the job myself. After the project was supposedly finished, our next contractor discovered they had poured concrete over the backflow valve (which must remain accessible) and failed to properly secure the main sewer stack, causing wastewater to leak into our basement for several days before they returned to fix it. Several crew members openly expressed frustration with the internal coordination - at different points I heard things like "I'm tired of them lying to me" and "you're not the only homeowner dealing with this right now." That alone tells you a lot about what's happening behind the scenes. We ultimately received about 10% off the original quote - a fairly low discount given the money spent, the stress, and the continued failures they left behind. Bottom line: unless you have an extremely flexible schedule and are prepared to manage their crews yourself, look elsewhere. If you do proceed, PLEASE inspect the work daily and push back hard.
