- ABAndrew BoazApr 23, 20241.0They kept charging me after 4 calls to take off rental. Then they billed me for 2 more months! When they agreed to a refund in was only 40% of the cost. Refund took 7 days. I was never informed of charges and have never received a receipt until I requested them even after asking for them at time of rental. Last time i rented from united rental the pickup vehicle blew hydraulic fluid for 1 1/2 miles with no effort to cleanup fluids. The individual was hired separately by united rentals and I was left to go after him by myself. I wish there was a no star
