  Wildly inefficient. Will not pick up any extra bags on our regularly scheduled garbage day. Instead we have to also call every Tuesday to have extra bags picked up on Wednesday. I've livesd in the same place for 13 yrs. I've never had any trouble until the past 6 months.When I asked what changed they said nothing has but that their drivers are not obligated to get out of their trucks. Then they told me that we can put out 3 extra bags. That he will get out of his truck for three extra bags but not 5. So if we have 2 remaining they will leave them in my driveway and send an additional truck for it 3 days later. It's almost laughable at how inefficient that is. Makes no sense at all. Also very inconvenient. Staff is rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars i would but thats not an option so I gave them 1.

  I was delivered a 20 Yard Drop Box to put our roofing material in. I was quoted a price and paid for it in advance. When I got my regular bill. There was $75.00 added to it. I called and ask about it. I was told they made a mistake. I was quoted a price for a 10 Yard Dump Box, and received a 20 Yard Drop Box. That is their mistake and I shouldn't have to pay the extra $75.00.....
