The Billy Goat brush mower I rented failed to start, but Bill was at my property within minutes to start the machine. When the Billy Goat drive throttle failed 30 minutes later, Bill was right back. Unfortunately Bill diagnosed a failed drive belt. However, the second machine I rented did the trick and we got yards of blackberries mowed. Brandon, Rae, Majulio (Sp???), and Michael were all great in the rental process. I recommend United Rentals highly despite my getting a Billy Goat with some mechanical difficulties. Prices are very competitive too!!!
- TCTom ChurchMar 13, 20195.0Here at Toms Travel Homes we have had to rent several pieces of equipment just in the last year. An excavator. Then a few months later a scissor lift. And again a few months later a hydraulic lift flat bed trailer. All from United Rental. Now I am not an expert heavy equipment operator but these guys are so good at explaining how this equipment works that I really felt confident We could get the job done. So next time someone gives you a bid for a sewer line, water line repair , or maybe you just want to do a water feature in your yard and it’s thousands of dollars and you know the bid will be. Do yourself a favor and save some money. And you might have some fun doing it ! Think of Troy , James , and Aaron and the rest of the people at United Rental here in salem. And just go for it !
