- KCKent CromwellSep 13, 20251.0Supposed to be a four-wheel drive which it said it was they charged me for it and it wouldn't even go down 2% grade driveway and lift up the sensors goes off shuts down all the functions so you have to reset the whole mechanism just to lift it up again for it to beep once the beeper on the new ones are just outrageous even the service guy told me that,should have told me at beginning, the servicemen they sent out didn't even get in the lift and check functions then I was charged $1,700 didn't even have it a day I called it in 3 hours later after it didn't work, it was $2,400 for a whole week ,they're crooks they knew all those sensors wouldn't even let it drive down the driveway don't call it four-wheel drive and they charged of 2,400 to my card before,the lift delivered to the job site.

- KKKevinJun 11, 20251.0Do not go to this place. They charged me $1200 and then refused to hook up to my truck, which far exceeded the required towing capacity. Guy tried to tell me that they designed a truck with a 12k pound towing capacity that wasn't capable of stopping a 6k pound excavator. Not to mention, trailers have brakes on them. Now, I'm waiting 3 to 7 days to get my money back and behind schedule because they wasted my time. You can't fix stupid. Went to a different rental agency, got the same sized excavator, didn't have a problem towing it home. Magically I was able to stop at every red light. It was a miracle.
