She seemed short because we wanted wool carpeting then we changed our minds and looked around more. We asked if she had certain colors (the colors were bland) She blatantly shot back with "why didn't you decide on a color before you came in? She wouldn't let us alone so we finally walked out. We came back the next day and returned her carpet samples and told her we were going elsewhere.They lost our business even though we were willing to go over $2,000 thousand dollars. We got the same carpet l for $750.00 install padding at another place across town.
