- JJJeanneAug 23, 20252.0I ordered carpet for my living room and hallway about two years ago because we had excellent service from Tim’s carpet previously I decided to go with them again. Within a month after I have my carpet installed, it started rising up in the middle of the living room floor. And there’s ridges all the way down the hallway and everything now it looks horrible. I called them when it happened and I got no response. He told me while I would have to pay somebody to come out and stretch it because it was not their responsibility. I even went to the better business bureau and I got no response back and they got no response back. I wish I had went with a different company because this carpet looks horrible and it’s starting to come up in bridges down the hallway and all over the whole entire living room now I was told that there was nothing They can do about it and I would have to pay out about $200 to have somebody come out and stretch it
