  Arrived ahead of time and worked diligently to fix the leak next to the water meter. Jason and his partner are very nice and willing to answer our many questions. We’re considering doing further work with them.

  The city sent someone out to my house to let me know I was losing hundreds of gallons of water a day from the line I was responsible for—a line that runs over 200 feet up an easement from the meter. I shut it off and researched companies to find the leak and fix it. In that process, Swell percolated into the top three. I called them all. Two told me finding the leak could be difficult and that they could not tell me what it would cost because of how long and weird my line was. Swell sent me to a flat rate specialist to find the leak because it would be cheaper. I took their advice and called "Dan's Leak Detection." They found it, guaranteed their work, and offered to come back for free if their work wasn't spot-on. Finding the leak was difficult, and the flat rate did make it cheaper for me. Jason's, Swell's, honesty was enough to make me select them for the job. It also established the tone for the rest of my experience. Jason and Collin came out to the house, scoped the job, and warned me that if the line was galvanized they could not fix the pipe but would have to walk away or replace it. Of course, the 70-year old water line turned out to be galvanized. Once that was known, Jason gave me a replacement price in the mid-range of my own estimates. Then, and this is the good part, the job proceeded to have complication after complication. I won't go into the details, but I will say I was not surprised because of where I live and I cannot imagine a scenario in which the cost of the job did not skyrocket. The job took two weeks, and Jason managed all the moving parts admirably right down to the final inspection by the city. In spite of it all, Jason held to his original estimate. Contractually, he did not have to. He could have passed the costs on to me. Once again, the initial integrity he showed shone through. I cannot give Swell a high enough rating for what they did for me. Thank you!

  I had my whole house repiped including the water service line. Jason and Colin were very kind, respectful, and professional. The price was affordable and the job was done on time. I appreciate Jason and Colin very much for fixing my plumbing issues promptly. I recommend swell plumbing to anyone in need of professional plumbing services. Do not use repipe specialist or Mr rooter as they will lie to you and rip you off. Swell plumbing is honest and straight up legitimate.
