- JNJasmine NortonAug 11, 20251.0I bought the new guardian benders from Platt. I used them once and I found them to be a gimmick and the angle setter did not work. I tried to return them and they said they won't return tools in used condition. I am highly unimpressed with their return policy and will purchase tools from Home Depot or Amazon which has a great return policy when tools don't work out. Their return policy was not obvious to me when I walked in. I should have done my due diligence, and asked before I had bought them. In conclusion, their return policy is lacking and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
