Woke up one morning... whoops, no hot water! The ten-year water heater I'd bought was now, at well over those years, was finally giving it up. I hadn't called a plumber in... forever. Chose Evergreen from their reviews. Same day, very quickly, Jeff came out and assessed and replaced the water heater. Bravo, we're back in business. Kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I live in a 1950's ranch I've owned for 20 years. I've replaced roof, windows, electrical HVAC, you name it. I knew the pipes would be on the list someday. Jeff also did an under house inspection. I'd been under there once (1950's crawlspace), no thanks. He delivered the bad news -- it was tine. Nothing was busted yet, but there were a few candidates I wouldn't have bet on for the next three months. I paid a pretty penny for a full house repipe with new drains. I also got a "free" water heater out of the deal, and also chose to go with a full house water filter as well. (I know this is going a bit "extra" but I have many needs for filtered water, and was pleased with the experience I heard from friends who had gotten such a system, even if not from them.) I was bemoaning the $$$ involved to a colleague at work. They chimed in that apparently an owner lives just down the street from the. "They're good people." That meant a lot to me, in the addition to the reviews. (Which, they get because they are open and transparent about asking.) Overall I liked their technical platform for quotes, signing, etc. It really was a super BOON to the experience, not something troubling. Right there, on site, all the info you need. Also they had great financing options -- like a year and a half no interest -- which makes pulling the trigger on a job like this much easier. Service with that company has been really good without issue as well. So as we planned to do this big repipe at some point in the future, we're all thinking a 2-3 day job, some weeks in the future. Long story short, they had crews available, so when I called back to say, "Ok, let's get it on the schedule," she was like, "How about tomorrow?" The next day a HUGE crew shows up -- I mean they TOOK OVER the neighborhood, it was cool, looked like I was important. LOL. I watched them unload, organize, triage at 8am on the dot, and then boom boom boom people, pairs or threes went to each area the lead had talked about and directed them to. Pipe was flying out from under the house, all the bathrooms and sinks were being attacked... it was a LOT of work, VERY well organized, and EVERYONE was kind, friendly, humorous and caring. This "2-3 day" job was started when they arrived before 8am, and by 3pm, I was doing the walk through with the lead. They'd brought a HUGE team out because they had a gap, and they got the job done quickly, but NOT by cutting any corners, just by putting a lot of labor on it. It was a bit of a whirlwind, but it really was the last "big" thing I need to do to this house, and I love it so I'm not going to leave it anytime soon. Many thanks to the crew (and forgive me if I leave anyone out!): Jeff who did the water heater install, inspection and sales pitch for the big project; Rich who did the walk through to confirm what was needed for that job; then the crew on site and the support crew in the office, including: Peter, Mason, Jason, Jameson, Grant, Corey, Carlson, Terry, Chris, Kalin, Wendy, Maximus. I did get two other quotes before moving forward with the job. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive, and I found their method and communication to be superior. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing assistance anytime soon (and with the warranty, if I do, I won't be paying for it LOL) but if I do, I'm calling Evergreen again.

On New Years Day the bathroom faucet almost hit the toilet when I pushed it up to the on position. Cheap. BUT! Our new faucet, installed by Jaymeson Hickey, is beautiful. Jaymeson was courteous, careful, and quick. Inside of 45 minutes the faucet was installed, the bathroom was clean, and everything is looking good for me and my bathroom. Now I can look forward to the rest of 2026. Cheers

Called Evergreen Plumbing on a Saturday and within an hour had a professional and knowledgeable service technician at my door! After reviewing the issue and offering solutions to fit my budget, Salvador went straight to work. The job was completed in short order, and there was no mess left behind. Will definitely keep Evergreen as my #1 plumbing go-to company and happily refer them whenever I can! L.

We called Evergreen on a whim when our hot water heater went out because we’ve seen their van in a neighbors driveway (lives there) and thought maybe they’d be able to dispatch that guy quickly to our house (it was before 8am). They didn’t send him, but they did have someone to our home within only a couple of hours or so. Looking at the issue with the water heater included a full inspection on the rest of our home, and thank God that it did. Our pipes were all in pretty rough & very old shape. Looking at the photos they took, we didn’t feel confident those old pipes wouldn’t cause us further issues over the winter. So we scheduled a full re-pipe. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the crew they sent out. Peter, Mason, Carson, Dylin, Richard, and Max were absolutely outstanding. I get unreasonably anxious during home repairs and get very worked up about issues that could come up, but once they got here my nerves were completely settled. They were SO personable, friendly, polite. My cat is the VIP of the household and is terrified of strangers. I told them the room she would be in, and they never touched the door and actually asked me several times throughout the day if my cat was still in her room just to be sure she was still good in there. I didn’t feel like I had strangers in my house all day. I didn’t feel nervous to ask them a million ridiculous questions, and they didn’t mind to take every single one of my questions serious and explain minor details to me. I just really can’t say enough how pleased I was with the way the project went. They cut into VERY minimal spaces and OVER communicated with me for every single thing they needed to do to our home. It was a very unexpected and costly repair, and we may have paid a tiny bit more than other companies would have charged… but no one else could get it done in one day, and I find it hard to believe that anyone else could have matched their quality of service. Very VERY happy with our decision and looking forward to working with them for years to come.
