  A huge thank you to our total repipe crew; Peter, Mason, Carson, Daniel, Koa, Ryder, Frank, Jack, and Chris. Having our 1978 beauty repiped felt very daunting. From start to finish, our Evergreen team explained the whole process up front, talked with us along the way of the two-day process, and took care of our home with minimal invasion. We are extremely pleased with the results.

  While doing a maintance inspection of the heating system, they discovered that the crawl space was full of water. The sump pump had stopped working. They called their plumber, who was there within a half hour. He identified the problem and replaced the pump. Great service.

  3" ABS sewer line broken at last joint before exiting foundation. Bottom of pipe was still intact, so not really an emergency. Plumber came out within a couple hours of my call and assessed the situation. The next morning 2 workers showed up, made repair, and ran a camera through the line to where it connects to city's sanitary sewer, to verity no other problems. I have used Evergreen 2X before, one time to replace a water heater and install a hw circ pump, and one time to replace the main water line from city's meter to my house (boring operation to install new pipe was very cool!) Evergreen is my "go to" plumbing contractor. As a retired electrician, I have a good sense about when other trades workers know their stuff, and the Evergreen employees I have had contact with, have done quality work.

  The plumbers do an excellent job; professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They show up ready to work and clearly know what they’re doing, which immediately puts you at ease. I’m not entirely sure how their pricing compares to other companies. At first glance it did seem a bit expensive ,but they also did a lot of work, and in my opinion it was worth it. You definitely get quality service and thorough attention to detail. When the first technician comes out to assess the job, they do walk you through different options and upgrades. Yes, there’s some upselling , but it’s low pressure. It felt more like being shown choices than being pushed into something. If I had an unlimited home-improvement budget, I’d probably be living that Platinum Package life. 😄 Overall, great experience, solid work, and a team you can trust. I’d use them again. I might still get a couple of estimates just for comparison, but honestly, when your plumbing goes sideways, the easiest and most reliable route starts looking pretty great, even if it costs a little more. Peace of mind counts for a lot.

  Alex is a walking encyclopedia of plumbing answers to any question! It was obvious that I was the center of his world when he was here. I felt very taken care of. It seemed like he wanted to cut the best deal for me. He was very excited about showing me the world inside my crumbling, waste, water lines through your camera. His sleuthing, Which she seemed to enjoy like solving a puzzle, may have prevented a ginormous issue in my basement. Jimmy also came out to do a bid on my dying furnace, Its getting more evident that combining all my needs with one reliable business is a good idea.
