He was respectful and attentive, noting everything I pointed out to him and helping me understand what was good and what was not about my plumbing status. He worked up a couple bids for re-plumbing the whole house. (I have 1953 galvanized pipe, and it ain't going to get better over time.) I'm considering doing it (finally.) He applied no pressure or slick sales technique. He explained the bids in detail and answered all my questions. I just love Evergreen Plumbing. They are quick to show up, always professional, reasonably priced and they do a good job that holds up over time. I won't use anybody else.

Some were booking several weeks out and others had a charge of $250 - $400 just for an estimate. But fortunately we found Evergreen!! They were able to come out within one day of calling them and they were able to replace our key valve that same day!! It wasn’t an easy task either as the brick facing on the fireplace had to be removed to access the pipes that went to the key valve. We were so impressed by the technician that performed the service, Camerron C., that we signed up for their HVAC and plumbing maintenance program. We had a contract with a different company but Evergreen’s pricing was just as competitive but it includes even more things!! The pricing that they charged for our repair was very good! Paying for home repairs is never a fun thing, but I felt their pricing was not only competitive but a great value! I am so happy that we found Evergreen and feel totally confident recommending their services! Thank you to Camerron and Evergreen!!!

Brandon was also great communicating with us in the weeks before having the job done. They also gave us a great deal for this large of a job. Peter even offered to replace our spare bathroom faucet at no extra charge so it would match the new shower head! Special shout out to the entire crew for keeping everything so clean! Thank you Rich, Peter, Allen, Mason, Max, Carson, Ryder, Richard, John and Chris! Highly recommend Evergreen!

I said I was in urgent need but the first of the week would be awesome! Monica texted me first thing Monday morning to set up an appointment for me, which was great! My Brother In law from WA came down and had replaced it already so I didn’t need the service, but out of the top 3 google picks they are the ONLY ones who reached out! So next time I have any plumbing needs this is where I am going!

They were so friendly and helpful from the first phone call. They sent someone to the house the next day who inspected under the house. Dad’s house is over 50 years old and had copper pipes-there were several issues that needed addressing. I am so impressed by their customer service; the manager himself came to the house to do a complete walkthrough with me, taking time to thoroughly explain what his team would be doing. Today the team showed up promptly on time and got immediately to work. Everyone was very professional and personable at the same time. Huge shout out to Peter, Mason, Jaymeson, Max, Ryder, Daniel, Rich, Allen and John!! You guys worked together like a well-oiled machine, getting the job done in roughly 6-7 hours. Wow!! Everyone was very respectful of dad’s house; and did a great job cleaning everything up when the job was finished. If I could, I’d give them a 10 star review! Highly recommended and we know who will be doing any future plumbing work for us!!
