  We were having furnace problems. Chris came on time and went above and beyond to fix our furnace as well as service it. I felt the price was very fair.

  My furnace was acting up and Chris came out to take a look and diagnose within the same day of me calling. Very helpful and informative. Got things fixed right away. I really appreciate a company like this and I would recommend it to anyone. There’s a lot of HVAC options out there and it makes it hard to choose, but I’m glad I found this place because they clearly take customer service seriously and want to deliver on the best experience. I’ll be contacting them for any HVAC related work from now on

  We had a great experience with Chris at Five Star Heating and Air Conditioning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and honest, and Chris definitely checks both boxes. Highly recommend!

  I called this morning and Chris was able to come out. He was very knowledgeable about my unit. He check everything possible and found this issue and did some quick cleaning maintenance. He gave me recommendations of how to keep it up. I feel pricing was very reasonable. I personally thought it was gonna cost and arm and a leg. It's a family owned company. Chris was very friendly and explained everything he did. I 100% recommend his company for heating needs. I haven't used him for other but I am gonna call when its time to use my AC
