We were with Advantage for the last 5 years but decided to switch as we couldn't get a phone call from them to schedule our prepaid VIP service no matter how many times we tried. We found DiMartino's through Google and saw they had a 5.0 star rating with 59 ratings. We decided to take a shot. Within an hour of sending our request, they called and got us scheduled. Their VIP service was about $150 cheaper than Advantage with the same benefits (discounts on parts as a VIP, 2 free tune ups a year, etc.). They came out early to our appointment, were honest about things they saw, and scheduled our Spring maintenance right there on the spot. Personable and professional at the same time. We've only just started using them but I was already blown away by the customer service and communication.
