  My heat pump was acting up in my rental on a Sunday. I live out of town and didn’t know any HVAC companies, so I googled some, after calling multiple hvac companies , Jeremy from comfort heating and ac was the one that answered . He had availability to diagnose my system the next day. My system was low, which I have had repaired before, the other hvac company charged it, but didn’t recommend any additional repairs or diagnosis . The heat pump is original from when the house was built, 17 yo. Jeremy recommend a new system due to the leak and age. I went ahead with the okay to have the system replaced the next day. After the install we had some disagreement about the install, I contacted Jeremy about my concerns , he went back the next week, and took care of my concerns. I know some contractors would have bailed on me, but Jeremy was honest ,and took care of me. He sent me pictures of the updated repairs.

  I can't say enough how great Jeremy and his team were. Jeremy was very responsive, prompt, and honest. Literally a life saver when our air was completely out and temps in the house were close to 90! I highly recommend them!!!!
