  Very pleased with our interior paint job. Completed in two days. They crew were super friendly and even humored our 6 yo grandson when he was home and wanted to check out everything they were doing.

  Our exterior paint project with Smile-A-Mile Painting more than met expectations.   Some of the finish on the baseboard and doors outside our shower was damaged by water vapor over time. We got a quick estimate, and the finish was restored quickly and reasonably. Thanks, Smile-A-Mile Painting!

  Absolutely horrible!! I Will never use this company again First, the painters showed up to my house an entire hour late. I was completely gaslit by Andrea the lady that handled the initial appointment. I hired them to paint two of my bathrooms. Within the first few hours, I called the office, voicing my concern for the quality of work and the time that they had already taken with what little work had been done. I was told this would take one day and at 3 PM the painters came to me and asked if they could leave. They didn't even have a full bathroom done at that time. I asked them to please stay and finish the job because that's what I was told would be done. The quality of work was completely unacceptable. Not only that, they ripped my toilet paper holder off the wall. There was paint all over my cabinets, my mirrors, and my toilet, literally everywhere. I'm not even sure they did two coats of paint. You could still see the original paint color under the paint color I chose. I sent photos to the manager that night. He called me the next day and only tried to talk to me about why they didn't put my light switch covers back on. I asked him if he wanted to acknowledge the photos I sent him and he then spoke to me about the photos. They came back two days later to fix it, and my husband and I still had to fix spots and the toilet paper holder fell back off the wall because the patch they did, did not work. Not one line was clean. The paint literally bled everywhere. Completely unacceptable quality of work. And after they came back to fix it, we're still not 100% happy.

  After seeing 3 of our neighbors getting their houses painted by Smile-A-Mile and liking the results we decided to call them when our house needed painting. They came promptly out and took pictures and worked up our estimate that day. We approved it and then went to a paint store and picked out our colors and submitted them to our HOA. After approval , Smile came out and power washed our home. The following Monday the crew arrived and began prepping. The crew worked hard and non stop. They did a marvelous job. They cleaned up after each day and by the third day the job was complete. It looked wonderful. We are very happy with our paint job and heartily recommend Smile-A-Mile painting in Bend, OR. Thank you our home looks brand new!
