Purchased vinyl and carpet from here. Quality and selection was awesome. Installers were great and worked super fast! We’ll definitely be back for the rest of the house.

Worst customer service ever. Tile fell off of walls after six months. I tried to have owner make things right and she dodged my phone calls for two years. I tried to be nice and ask for solutions and the owner still refused to make things right. This is the worst 12000 dollars I ever spent. Buyer beware of third street floor covering

The store has good selection of flooring, found the color I wanted, I was recommended by a few people so I was excited to get my project finished and feel like I was taken care of. The installation guy was really nice but installation took way to long( a week) for a single story 1200sf home. A final finishing issue that should have been discussed from the beginning was never brought up. If a hatch door in a closet was an issue and usually left carpet it should have been talked about before the job started to brain storm a solution. A 10,000 dollar floor job doesn’t have old carpet or Unflattering install on a hatch door with a lip and cold draft with zero trim, I was told people who want the trim ultimately end up breaking it, never sits flush or fits right so it was left unfinished. I was reviewing my bill after the project was finished and noticed $400 dollars of trim and transitional pieces were not used for the job. While on the phone discussing the hatch door I also had to bring up the materials that were not used and asked for a refund. I was told that we needed to use some of that trim to finish the closet, so instead of refunded $400 I would only receive $340 since I wanted my closet finished. $60 dollars of trim for a small closet hatch door? I decided to take the full $400 dollar refund and finish the project myself. I felt like it wasn’t going to be finish the way I wanted at that point and honestly the $60 dollar for a few pieces of trim and having an installer come back on a later date to finish a job that should have been taken care of from the beginning felt a little disheartening since I just paid for a full install on my entire house. The issue could have been taken care of easily with better Communication and customer service in my opinion. I will not be using them for my other project.
