  The consultant (Ryan) arrived on time, he’s very professional with smile, checked my existing central heating system & old central AC system, measured dimensions, then generated a quote for a suitable replacement AC system! Thanks, Ryan!

  I was surprised and pleased with how thoroughly my ancient furnace and AC units were not only inspected, but also cleaned and readied for use. I was fearing news that replacements were urgently needed, but a new capacitor for the furnace holds promise for extending its life, and the AC may hold out a bit longer as well. Great news in these tough times!

  Shawn stopped by today to complete an evaluation on our backflow prevention device as required by the city of Happy Valley. I called Sun Glow yesterday and Shawn was able to provide this service for us today so a very quick response. He came as expected with a text telling us he was on his way and he then promptly completed the test. He sent in the city-required paperwork and left us a copy as well. Shawn was courteous and professional and we really appreciated the service he provided. This is the second time we have had him out (due to this being an annual requirement) and we will hopefully be able to have him provide this service again for us next year. Great price and great service! Thanks.

  We needed help with a mini split AC/heater but when I called I wasn’t expecting same day service! Eric showed up within hours and diagnosed and fixed the unit. He was very thorough and worked until well after normal working hours until he was sure the job was done! And the whole time he was cheery, and explained everything that needed to be done. Eric is professional, knowledgeable and clearly cares and has pride in his work. Thank you Eric!!

  I’m writing a review for Erik from Sun Glow Tech. After coming out to our home more than three times, he finally resolved the issue. It wasn’t an easy fix, but he stayed patient, professional, and determined throughout the entire process. Erik kept us informed, explained what was going on in a way we could understand, and made sure we felt confident in the work being done. What really stood out was that he never gave up he kept coming back and working through the problem until it was fully taken care of. It’s not always easy to find someone so dedicated and reliable these days, and his persistence really made a difference. We truly appreciate his hard work and commitment, and we’re very satisfied with the final result. I would definitely recommend Erik and Sun Glow Tech to anyone needing service.
