  Pyramid and I have been locked in a struggle longer than a lot of marriages last. They installed a system back when we did a remodel close to 20 years ago now. Around 10 years after it was installed, it started spewing carbon monoxide into our home. Could have killed us. Turned out it was a design flaw of the Carrier model they'd installed. There'd even been a class action lawsuit! Long story short, they put another system in. It was a lemon...didn't work right and was undersized. After wrestling with it for a couple years, they put another system in. More problems. Lots of problems. So...why give them a 5 star review? Simple: they've been working with us for something like 5 years now. When it's a problem with the system, they fix it. They have stood by their work even when it costs them. Especially when it costs them. You can't just buy that kind of integrity.

  We have had Pyramid taking care of our HVAC maintenance for several years now. Scheduling is easy and the value is high. Troy was super thorough in doing the most recent service on our system. He listened to our questions carefully and was very patient in explaining everything to us so we could make good decisions. We really felt like he understood our needs and priorities. He worked hard to find the best solution from our perspective.

  Ryan and his team ,Marlene,Jesse and Dan were amazing!Ryan coordinated the process seamlessly from quote to finish! !I am a grumpy,ignorant Old Toad and did not know how to navigate the process. He treated me like family and took the angst out of the process of switching from an oil burning furnace,to a new gas furnace and a replacement air conditioning unit. I will highly recommend Ryan/Pyramid Heating and Cooling to anyone needing heating or cooling units. Thank you very much!♥️🙏🏾

  My furnace failed in January and the previous furnace company with whom I was working mis diagnosed the problem. They ordered parts that would not have solved and those parts are still not available. It’s March. I finally called Pyramid and Robert solved the issue, diagnosed the problem correctly for my furnace and got my furnace working that day! If I’d called Pyramid in January, my furnace would have been fixed! Thanks Robby!
