  Brent at PG Long is kind, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. We had been struggling to find a solution to replace the awful bright green turf a prior owner installed on the deck of our vacation cabin. We called PG Long on whim, and hit the jackpot. Right away, Brent had ideas. He sent us several samples and took time to explain why we should use a certain waterproof adhesive. Even though we had a tiny project and a small budget to work with, Brent went above and beyond for us. We love the look of our deck now, and it is so much more comfortable and durable. I wholeheartedly recommend PJ Long.

  After having the carpet in one of our apartment homes done we found problems with the installation. When speaking with Scott and Jeremy they refused to fix the problem. I have attached the pictures of the incorrectly installed carpet by the heater and the before pictures of the wall where the carpet was installed. We also have a witness (another vendor)who can verify that it was not installed at the time of the carpet installation! The pictures is of the carpet installation before the heater was install and as you can see there are no holes for the heater. So, if there was a problem how come their expert installer did not contact maintenance to discuss this matter?
