  Ron Meyer at Paulson’s Floor Covering on SE Grand is truly amazing!! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel taken care of and completely confident in the process. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. We were unsure about what direction to take with our flooring, and Ron patiently walked us through every option. He brought multiple carpet samples to our home so we could see them in our own space, came out promptly to measure, and provided clear and very reasonable estimates. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision and never once made us feel rushed. We could not be happier with our experience. If you need flooring in Portland, ask for Ron. He genuinely cares and delivers exceptional results.

  Went to multiple flooring stores. Ron at Paulson's was by far the most helpful. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions (which I had a lot of). He let me borrow multiple samples, which was great because the lighting in my house was very different from the store. Ended buying a dozen boxes of laminate planks.

  After having a walk in shower installed, we needed to have the vinyl flooring replaced. Ron was quick to get us an estimate and we were surprised - it was lower than we expected. After a short wait for the vinyl to arrive, the work was done in less than a day. Looks great. We are very pleased.

  Paulson's completed our full home flooring project this past fall and the experience, service and quality of work was unbeatable. We researched and received bids from several flooring companies and independent contractors and chose Paulson's because of their very personable planning process and because Mason was so fabulous to work with. We had a LOT of questions, and every one of them were answered in detail without delay. Their installation team was incredibly professional and respectful of our aging home and communicated with us along the way so that everyone was always on the same page. Since the project took place during the global pandemic, we resided in another location while the crew was working. They adhered to health authority guidelines regarding face coverings and distancing as we checked in via camera, which gave us a lot of assurance. The end product is beautiful! They refinished 60+ year old red oak and installed new red oak where pretty terrible laminate once was, lacing them together to where the entire house looks like it was always a continuous flow of the same beautiful flooring. I highly recommend Mason, Dario and the installation crew, and Paulson's for any flooring project you have!
