  Vic was great, friendly and did the system flush, however, the problem has reoccurred 2 days after the service. I feel that I may need to choose another vendor that is more familiar with my brand of tankless water heater.

  I recently had some plumbing repairs done by Jason Varvel. He did an excellent job. I explained my problem and we discussed the different options. After choosing the one that worked best He proceeded to do the work. Not only was Jason very professional he had the nack of making me feel like we have been friends for some time.   Jason came yesterday to look at my water heater and Mark came today to look at an electrical issue I was having. Both were very personable and professional. Very patient with my questions (even the ones I asked multiple times). Highly recommended.

  I had a very good experience with Wolcott, especially the convenience of having both a plumber and an electrician on the same day. That coordination created real efficiencies and resulted in discounts. They also offer a membership program that includes maintenance and project discounts. While the discounts were appreciated, the quality of the work and how easy it was to organize everything mattered even more. Overall, I recommend them for their professionalism, convenience, respect for my home, and a straightforward process. When I had a concern related to pricing on my plumbing project, Wolcott was quickly and kindly in touch and provided additional information that resolved the issue. With prices rising everywhere, it can be hard to assess fairness, and I felt that ultimately the price I paid was fair. As I mentioned, the quality of work was great. My electrician, Elijah, was excellent. He quickly identified the issues, suggested smart improvements, and helped stage the work to prioritize safety while spreading out project elements to help manage costs. The electrical work ended up costing me less than I expected because it was lower than a bid I received from a well-known electrical company for similar work last year. I was very happy with the pricing and results for repairing a GFCI switch and outlet and installing four fire and carbon monoxide detectors. I feel safer in my home now. That same day, Anthony helped me troubleshoot and develop a plan to repair my very old clawfoot tub. His explanations gave me confidence to move forward with a solution that preserves my vintage bathroom while making it functional. The plumber who completed the work, Tyler, was creative and an excellent problem solver. Tyler and his associate completed the work to a high standard, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Overall, it was extremely convenient to have both projects evaluated at the same time. Anthony and Elijah investigated my problems and were clear about what was needed to meet my plumbing and electrical safety goals. Elijah and Tyler, who completed the work, were respectful, skilled, and thoughtful problem solvers. I won’t hesitate to contact Wolcott, and specifically Elijah, Anthony, and Tyler, the next time I need electrical or plumbing services.
