- CNChristian NeufeldOct 3, 20253.0I worked with Trane (commercial account) for over 2.5 years and the tech's have been wonderful. They were always responsive and knowledgable. However, the rep that we got (Jay Duhl), was very hard/almost impossible to work with. He was very unresponsive or he would drag things along.
