Our salesman Danny was wonderful and he was so helpful about helping with what I thought I would like in the shower remodel. He was honest and relaxed, not rushed at all. I am so happy with my picks. Anthony and Kevin worked hard each day (took 2 days) to remove the old tile, tub and all and to be sure to cover areas for protection. They were friendly but definitely determined to get the job done quickly but making sure everything I wanted was in the correct placement. The "product specialist" (coordinator) Karla was the only downfall of the company. She needs to learn to return phone calls in a timely manner (I had to call back after days or weeks because she wasn't calling) and to have more empathy for customers who are paying out large sums of money for their remodels (the reason for the 4 star). All in all it went well and we are happy. (We have a small bathroom so just adding the one picture).
