  Contacted them regarding an issue with an LG mini split where it's leaking refrigerant somewhere. Over the course of the year, they've sent someone out to look - charged me for that, couldn't find a leak, charged me for that filled it, still a leak, came back, charged me for that, couldn't find the leak again, replaced parts within the system that apparently were not the cause of the leak, I guess without being able to determine the actual cause, charged me for that. Still a leak, and then requested another leak finding search where the next thing they want to fix is another expensive part. Currently, I'm out $4000 that i've spent with them so far, and still have a non-functional AC unit with a leak. If I continued with their recommendations without pushback, I'd be out at least $7000 before all is said and done. For a leak in a mini split. Will update if this ever gets resolved by them.

  Deon was great to work with—professional, personable, and incredibly insightful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my HVAC unit was running perfectly before leaving. His wealth of knowledge and great attitude made the whole visit a positive experience. Would absolutely recommend him and Pyramid to others.

  My furnace stopped working in August and I hesitated to call for service because I knew they would charge me for a service call just to tell me my furnace was old and I would need a new one. My neighbor told me about Ryan at Pyramid Heating and Cooling. Ryan came over to take a look. He said he thought it could be fixed. Within an hour Desiree called to make an appointment to have someone come out. Kevin came over and took it apart to find I needed a new motor. They had to special order it, but only took about a week. Then Kevin came out again to replace the motor. Kevin also took his time to change the schedule on my thermostat. I haven’t been able to figure it out in nine years. It would always come on in the middle of the night, and I would have to get up to turn it down. Thank you, Kevin!!! Kevin was always on time and very friendly and nice. I want to thank Ryan, Kevin and Desiree for their extra kindness, honesty, and professionalism. Pyramid Heating and Cooling is the best! 5 Stars plus.

  We got a number of bids to replace our 40 year-old oil furnace heating system (and no AC) with a heat pump (with AC). Pyramid was the most reasonable and the only one that offered the ducted version plus a min-split head in the one bedroom without ductwork. (The other companies either wanted to put in new ductwork there, mini-splits throughout, or was just plain over-the-top expensive.) Ryan Smith, our sales/project manager, was great throughout, explaining the system and process. He was here on day 1 (with donuts) and on day 3 (final day), where he even helped with the plumbing on the back wall. Dan Manaserro, our installer (with help from Noah), was fantastic doing stellar work. They cut up and removed the old furnace, installed the new air distributor in the basement, and the heat pump and head. We now have a Mitsubishi heat pump in the back yard, and a mini-split head in the bedroom. Dan's team was excellent and the finished product looks good and feels great. Can't wait for the 100 degree dog-days of summer, with my new AC!

  Pyramid installed two electric Mitsubishi minisplits in my home last year. Aside from having to restart them now and again to get them to register that I changed the temp, they have worked fairly well. Unfortunately, when my house was resided, they took down the condensation tubing for the units. We contacted Pyramid to replace the piping. They charged $200 for a "consultation" that included the guy looking at the units for about two minutes to provide a $600 estimate. We followed up to schedule the service and despite leaving multiple messages, no one has returned our calls to schedule service. It seems they will happily sell you goods without any follow through on further service after essentially ripping you off for a "consultation." Update: Another employee came out and told us it would be a full day job. We agreed. Then ghosted again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And, as anyone can see, I have written hundreds of reviews, mostly positive. This is not a fake review or a reactionary review. Don't deal with this company. Or do, and accept the fallout.
