Another company, Sunset, sent someone a week before, who lied about the state of our furnace and tried to sell us a new one. I was very happy to work with Deon and Pyramid. I felt I got a thorough, quality inspection. It's obviously a relief to know I don't need a new furnace! Will be calling Pyramid and Deon again in the spring to look at the A/C.

Aside from having to restart them now and again to get them to register that I changed the temp, they have worked fairly well. Unfortunately, when my house was resided, they took down the condensation tubing for the units. We contacted Pyramid to replace the piping. They charged $200 for a "consultation" that included the guy looking at the units for about two minutes to provide a $600 estimate. We followed up to schedule the service and despite leaving multiple messages, no one has returned our calls to schedule service. It seems they will happily sell you goods without any follow through on further service after essentially ripping you off for a "consultation."

There are vent fans in hallways that don't do anything and have no power running to them. We have rooms that are very cold and others that get way too warm. The furnace intake is in the basement, so it just circulates cold air when we're heating with our wood burning stove. It took three phone calls over two weeks, with two promises for a callback, for someone to finally tell me that they can't provide service because I live in Washington. Said they can't even answer my questions about the install that they did. 1/5 stars, do not recommend, based on poor customer service and what I can only assume is a bad install on a three story home with wildly uneven heating and circulation in all rooms.
