- MDMax DavidsonDec 13, 20251.0I can’t be more disappointed in Pyramid. A few years ago, we bought one of their most expensive furnaces and even purchased a maintenance plan. This morning our furnace went out and the heat is off in our house - having a newborn and a 2yr old means that it was urgent to get the heat back on. Pyramid gave me the runaround all morning saying that “someone would call me back” several times and I just got my answer 5 hours later - they can’t send someone until the next business day (2 days from now!). So what am I supposed to do about having no heat in our house with two young kids?? The lack of communication and empathy was staggering and now I have to find another solution even though Pyramid installed our system. If they had just told me sooner they had no options, I could have scheduled someone else already. What a terrible experience.
