I called and informed it was missed and they asked if I forgot to put it out. I did not as my garbage was clearly empty. My reschedule pick up came two days later which was fine, but I found a note stating it needs to be out before 6am for pick up. Again, it was not on my account that it was missed and if it was I’d willingly wait for the following week as it would’ve been my fault. This, however, was not.

Because of this, our garbage is overflowing. It’s embarrassing. This is why Portland is such a disgusting dirty city. Other major cities have their garbage picked up daily, yet we can’t even swing once a week here. It’s ridiculous. I can’t wait to move out of this city so I don’t have to bother with this company again.
