Incoming calls frequently go unanswered and roll straight to voicemail. Overall, the service is slow and unresponsive, which creates a frustrating customer experience.

You can't even walk in the store to show them what you have, you have to call from your car, ridiculous! And why does it matter if you have an account or not, do they triple the price for retail customers???!!!
