    I called on a Friday needing deck building materials delivered just a few days later on Monday. Paul called around to other Parr locations and found one that could meet my need. Five stars for Paul!

    Huge red flag and over inflated prices. They’ll sell you as much material as they can without offering proper professional guidance. I went in just for some siding and ended up with a lot of unnecessary extra pieces because they cut everything from full planks instead of combining cuts to match the lengths I needed. Robbed me $120 but lost a customer and any future recommendations forever. Parr Gangsters on Raleigh Hills.

    Recently had a deck replaced on the backside of my house. I worked with a contractor who did the labor but I purchased materials. Worked with Joey at Parr Lumber, Raleigh Hills. He was very helpful in getting the right materials and fasteners for the deck. The delivery process was easy and they also made the return process of unused wood and clips super easy. Customer service throughout the process was excellent.

    Ignored the reviews on yelp only to find out they were right! Great ordering experience (likely because we paid $4k for all our needs) but Worst lumber experience… AT A LUMBER PLACE?! Not a single piece of lumber was decent. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere for your lumber.
