The lady who attempted to help me today at NW 19th was rude, short and beyond unhelpful when I asked her to put together an estimate and get pricing for my upcoming pergola project. Every single time prior to this, the employees have taken the time to read me off prices while putting together an estimate that I can forward to my customer before purchasing. The lady was SO short and rude today that I thanked her and hung up the phone because I was over her tone and inability to answer the prices for 7 lumber items. I’ll go to Mr Plywood and spend my thousands of dollars there instead. Tell you employee to check her attitude. That is her job and she’s losing you business and repeat customers.
