  We had a great experience working with this company. Our project was new siding replacing old plank siding and a point job. Estimate was very clear and we even asked for a new estimate to break out all optional charges before we moved forward. During the process we had a couple small issues/misunderstandings that were quickly cleared up and fixed to our satisfaction. That is bound to happen when dealing with a few point people that are all human. What was also nice about this experience was that it was done in a timely manner with no surprise hidden costs. My biggest fears when dealing with any project is big delays and paying much more then we agreed on so that was a big relief that it was not an issue. We would and have recommended them to others.

  I couldn't be happier with the work done on my home by Joseph Ketner Construction. They replaced siding and painted the exterior. Before their expert work, the old siding was truly an eyesore. They transformed my home from the worst on the block to one of the best, restoring its mid-century charm. Joe's team was super to work with, especially Bonnie and Steve. Great communication, attention to details and super nice too. Pricing was also reasonable. I recommend JKC for your project!

  Joe and team did an outstanding job with a complete overhaul on my home's exterior. My house needed new siding in the eaves and some repainting and repairs on the porch and decking. Replacing ALL the vinyl siding was out of my budget and unnecessary - the vinyl was faded, but structurally sound. Other contractors only wanted to do a tiny piece of the work (replacing siding in the eaves) or ALL of it (redo the whole house in Hardie). As a result, I was looking at needing to supervise three different contractors (one for the eaves, one for the decking, and one for paint), and worse, it felt like the result was going to be very piecemeal and uncoordinated. Thankfully I stumbled across Joseph Ketner Co. JKC was the only contractor who was a) willing to handle all three of the jobs I just listed themselves, but even better, b) had the suggestion to PAINT rather than replace the vinyl. Who knew this was even possible?! And, they were able to offer design and color selection services and renders to give me a lot of control and confidence over the result I was going to get. I was pretty picky in the design process, and JKC was patient and responsive. As a result, I DID get the complete refresh of my home's exterior that I'd always dreamed of, but at a far lower price than if I had had to fully replace the vinyl siding. Now that the project is complete, I can say that the level of craftsmanship is excellent, the house truly looks better than I could have even hoped for, and I am thrilled with the result. At the end of the day, JKC was not the cheapest quote I received for any piece of the project. But, they weren't THAT much higher, either. And, for my project, the convenience of having everything managed in one place, in a professional and timely manner, not to mention the value of having a contractor willing to work creatively with me on my slightly unusual project - made it all worthwhile. Thanks crew! Would highly recommend.

  Working with Joseph Ketner Construction has been a great experience. Their team did an amazing job with siding , beam replacement and painting our home. When we had any concerns or questions they were always very responsive and insured all work met our standards. We had a small question 2 yrs after the original work and they came out to make sure their we no structural issues and adjust a couple of things to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. They stand behind their work. Thank you for your excellent work on our home Steve , Joseph and the rest of the team.

  The entire experience was excellent. From the initial meeting thru the planning/bidding, scheduling, preparation, siding, painting and follow up inspections, there was plenty of contact. Any questions/requests were answered very quickly. The color consultant, Vanessa, was wonderful. The quality of the work was likewise excellent. Many compliments from the neighbors as well. Highly recommended
