Drew provided a competitive price for the Quartzite Slabs, offered a few Fabricators who could do the Tearout / Install, and Intrepid held our Slabs for over a month as we aligned our plans. I highly recommend Intrepid and was very happy with the complete experience & professionalism. Their attention to detail was spot on - thank God we listened to Drew and brought down one of our Cabinet Doors & Tiles to ensure we had the right colorway. Thanks Intrepid!!!

The receptionists never left their chairs during my hour visit, as they entertained themselves with videos and personal conversation. The four other wholesale stores I visited all had roaming professionals offering assistance. When we approached Heather with a question, she said the information is on the sample, and the measurement is on the packaging (which she discovered it wasn’t), and seemed reluctant to look up such things as availability of products (I had to ask her several times-really). Too bad this nice showroom has uncooperative and condescending people representing them. But the products are nice-just prepare for self-service.
