  Steven and Alex were great and professional! We have been wanting to remodel our bathroom since we bought our house and finally decided to bite the bullet this year. We went through the process of researching what we wanted and collecting the needed materials ourselves in the winter prior to reaching out to any plumbers. We realized we’d have to move the shower drain and didn’t want to DIY that. We sat on the project for the summer. Crown came recommended by some family friends and I decided to reach out to finally get an estimate. From when I reached out to install was less than two weeks. Steven came out to quote us, we demo’d it over the weekend, and he was able to install with Alex that week after. The install only took them a day and they stayed later to make sure they finished it up for us. Now I can only hope the rest of it goes as smooth. Thank you!!

  My technician was very knowledgeable and understood the assignment! Came in figured out the problem and addressed/fixed the problem! They were very understanding and quickly got me in to address the leak. The online scheduling was seamless! Have them on speed dial now.

  I recently worked with Steven, Derian, Pedro, Alex, Brian, and Connor at Crown Plumbing on a full re-plumbing project for a multifamily vintage apartment complex, replacing all supply and drain lines. To say this was a complex and time-intensive project would be an understatement. The existing plumbing layout differed significantly from expectations, requiring additional wall openings and resulting in schedule delays and several change orders due to unforeseen site conditions. Despite these challenges, Steven and Derian remained communicative and professional throughout the process, providing daily updates and working closely with me to minimize resident impact in a fully occupied building. Their teamwork with me and other vendors (such as the painting, abatement, and tile repair companies), adaptability, and commitment to seeing the project through were greatly appreciated. Thank you, we are excited to have this project completed and making the building better for the residents who call it home.

  I have insurance thru AHS and they had been trying to find a plumber that would come out and fix all our plumbing issues but unfortunately AHS was not able to find any licensed plumber to contract with them. Finally after 3 months and several follow up phone calls AHS agreed to let us find our own plumber and they would reimburse us for any work that they pre-authorize to be done. I called Crown Plumbing and Scott agreed to come out and access all our issues and then after figuring out pricing for everything that needed to be replaced plus labor they got on the phone with AHS to begin the process of getting authorization. To our pleasant surprise the following day AHS approved everything on the list including what needed to be completely replaced. Crown Plumbing was so professional and patient when communicating with AHS which I am sure contributed to the authorization! I am so relieved and thankful to have found an amazing plumbing company that was willing to work with us and AHS. I appreciate their timely response and all their follow up calls and emails ! I am looking forward to getting everything fixed as we are just waiting on the replacement items which they only order from reputable brands that provide excellent quality!
