  Hate to say that we are very very disappointed in the quality of work that was done in our Home 5/9/24 and 5/16/24. A tub and Shower install that went very wrong, seemingly way over their heads as far as experience in doing so with an accurate and clean install. A suggestion brought up my TJ and I trusted he could do this. The set up was ordered smaller than the space. But instead of a re-order, they placed pieces of wood inside to fill the blank spaces. And where there should be wood to place the screws that hold the Shower install pieces, there was blank space, no attempt to add screws. The Tub was set with a slight angle, which made the wall pieces crooked, and overlapping an inch and more over the existing sheet rock wall, or landing in air with no place to land a screw to sturdy the pieces. They told me " Ok, we're all done here, you just need to hire someone to come out to do some Drywall finishing, because that is not our expertise." Looking at their finished project, my heart sunk to my stomach. I feel 100% taken advantage of. Now we have to hire someone else to clean up all of their mistakes, and quick fixes, then finish the job. I have several photos, unable to upload here. I just don't want anyone else to go through this awful experience. WARNING: If they offer to do anything over and above Plumbing, say NO!
