They contacted me when they had the new panel and scheduled the work. They arrived as agreed and finished the work in less time than was estimated. They coordinated with the local power company for a disconnect and the finished work look good. A week later I got the invoice for the work and it was 20% lower than there estimate. They did the work based on time and materials and their costs were lower than what was estimated and they passed along the savings to me. Good company and very honest with their billing and good work quality.
