So I purchased a reconditioned tool that was like new for a fraction of the cost new! It's a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend it! A very cursory internet search will get you as much, if not more, info on tool specs than any employee there. In addition to that, from my other searches, I'd say that there prices are competitive at best!! I've had similar conversations with others, so buyer be ware!

Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they often have amazing sales too. I highly recommend CHD for anyone looking for quality tools. %1000 better experience and quality than going to one of the crappy big box hardware stores, and often better prices too.
