  We had made an appointment on a Friday. They said they came and knocked on our door but nobody answered. I happened to be in the shop 250 feet away. Previously, wife gave them my number as she told them she would be at work and it's my day off. Neither one of us received a call. When I called a week later, they denied me a reschedule. How sad. I suppose the next logical step for them would be to either call to see if someone is nearby or in the house. Or see that there is a shop with multiple vehicles around and that maybe someone could be in there. I feel at this time, we are no longer allowed access to their business. We used to get 1 1/4 chip at a good price, but will have to look at Koncrete Industries for all business needs.
