  We had a great experience working with this roofing contractor. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. Dan and Austin were especially fantastic to work with, they stayed on top of communication and helped keep the project moving forward smoothly. This was an out-of-town job for us with a tight deadline, and they stepped in on short notice without hesitation. Despite the fast turnaround, they delivered exactly what they promised and met our high expectations. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines reliability, quality, and strong communication, but they did just that. We truly appreciate their effort and look forward to working with them again in the future.

  JAM Roofing is a must call roofing company. From the initial call to finished product. Dan Daulton was my point of contact. Professional, concise, accurate as possible and capable when situations changed. Austin Dobbins was lead on the project. Project completed on time, within expectations, professional, excellent quality work. Given the opportunity to work with this outfit again we are 100% confident these are our go to guys.

  Jam Roofing was a delight to work with from the initial visit with the sales person through the demo and installation. David, the sales guy went through all the details of what my roof replacement required and what to expect through the process. That was super helpful. He checked back the following day with the bid price and their likely timing. The price came back roughly half of what I had prepared myself for and timing was just a month out. When the roofers showed up with 8 guys, I could tell some work was going to get done and boy did they. The total roof demo was completed in about 2 hours, and the new roof install began immediately and nearly finished by the end of day 1! The crew was totally respectful and a joy to watch (if you're the kind of person that is curious about a beehive of activity, teamwork, and efficiency). When they wrapped up the next morning, they thoroughly scoured the area surrounding the work area for debris, used a giant magnet on wheels to collect stray nails and staples, and waved a friendly goodbye and they headed to their next roofing rodeo. Seldom is the sales person so accurate with what the actual final product will be. These guys all "nailed it" in being top notch in my book. I'm glad I don't have another roof that needs doing anytime soon, but I won't hesitate to recommend Jam to my friends who get in that position.

  As a journeyman plumber, I’ve worked alongside many contractors, and I can confidently say this roofing company stands out. Brandon was my main point of contact, and he was extremely professional, kind, and consistently communicative throughout the entire process. The lead technician, David, arrived on time, was very efficient, and conducted himself with a high level of professionalism. You can tell this team genuinely cares about the quality of the work being performed — and just as importantly, they care about their crew and their safety. That speaks volumes. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quote was written clearly and professionally. As a professional in the trades myself, I highly recommend them to anyone. For a large company to remain thoughtful, flexible, and attentive — no matter how big or small the job — is truly admirable.

  My sister recommended JAM as they had done roofs on two of her houses. David did a thorough inspection and showed us pictures of the roof before we proceeded. The workers took the entire roof off in one day and replaced the wood rot and entire roof the next day. The site was immaculate after they finished and the site manager inspected their work. Working with David and JAM was a very pleasant experience and our roof looks great. I would recommend JAM Roofing to any and all who are in need of roof repairs/replacement.
